Looking forward to tonight's matchup. You just can't overstate how much fun it has been to watch Kreider play so far & really the team in general. We don't want to see 7-4 games all season but once in a while its fun to see all those goals.

Like you said Jan, I don't like what I hear from AV in regards to McIlrath. His days are def numbered. What can you expect back in return for him?

I'd expect a return along the lines of an Etem/Gormley/Jensen type of young player who was drafted high but hasn't put it together. But I'll also never underestimate Gorton's Jedi mind powers.

I have to find it & Ill post. Some retard Ranger fan on FB had a list of the 15 worst Rangers of all time, of ALL TIME & he had Girardi on there. I mean how low can we go.

I'd expect a return along the lines of an Etem/Gormley/Jensen type of young player who was drafted high but hasn't put it together. But I'll also never underestimate Gorton's Jedi mind powers.

Yup their kids are not ready to assume the 2C role. Replacing Okposo and Martin with Ladd and Chimera only makes them older too.

The loss of Martin hurt too, he was their go to guy for momentum change w his big hits & energy he brought. I wouldn't of paid him what he got either like we talked about last Spring so hard to blame them there.

Way too early. Look at Pitt last year, the Rangers 3 years ago. Lot of teams have awful starts. With that said, the lines aren't geling and Chimera and Ladd aren't even noticeable.

And honestly, the best thing for that team is they crap the bed the first 15 games and Cappy is gone.

Chimera is making 2.25M per year on the isles while Martin is making 2.5M. I'd honestly probably prefer Martin at the extra 250k, plus maybe he takes a little less to stay in NY.
